Choosing Abilities
How do you choose different abilities? i cant seem to switch to other powers. Please help!

Well, you hold q go to options bind whatever key you want your menu to be to open the powers and then you hover over them then press the binded key for the cast.

I tried hovering over them, and it doesnt work. the wheel is still.

I tried hovering over them, and it doesnt work. the wheel is still.
Do you have any mods that could possibly override mouse position? That's might be the problem.

I have a CrysisHud mod installed, but i rebinded it to another key. still doesnt work.

You could just y'know try to disable all addons and enable only dishonored. and see.

ye like installed enabled, if it doesnt work then check console, console always has red errors to say
