TF2's fall damage is weird. It's based off percent max health and falling velocity, and not an exponential damage increase by distance fallen like other games do. At least it means you're unlikely to die of it in normal matches, though.

Agreed... STILL BETTER THAN GMODS FALL DAMAGE

Me and ma whole team was trying to cap while fighting with an equal team ,soldiers,demos,scouts,engies,snipers,heavies etc trying to protect us(while caping) or save the cart from falling.We also had conquered the uper tower with sentries.We managed to go up 1/3 of the distance then the cart had noone one it and noone could save it(all dead or running the tower up,teles were destroyed) until it reached the ground in which poiont i said ''fak this i am out''.All that in 3 hours!!!(it is truly impossible with eual teams)
