I finally figured it out. They're in the Face Poser menu.

So are we going to get the weaponized version soon?
You know the one he had in the movie.

I tried to pose it with ragdoll mover since the ragdoll is too stiff, but that tool is so faulty these days and I don't think the creator cares to fix it...anyone knows how to make it more mobile?

You could try using the human sized version (irongiant) and pose it, and if you want it to be big, you could use the Ragdoll Resizer addon or something. If you use the Ragdoll Resizer, it can be big and easy to move with your physics gun. However, resized ragdolls move very slow.
Be warned though, if you pose it before resizing it, the ragdoll just goes back to a T-pose.

in fact the tool works fine, it seems that there´s a problem with the model, few other models on the workshop have that problem as well, maybe the creator of the model has to fix that problem, not the tool but the model.

This addon is pretty good, but sometimes when you spawn it it's hands or legs can get stuck inside the ground. That kind of stinks. Still, this is an amazing addon.
