empty char start with nothing
i start the run and he have nothing so i cant do dmg he have no scythe

This would be indicative of an error, possibly a compatibility issue.

AB+ or Repentance? Are you using the up-to-date version from the steam workshop?

Errors would appear in the in-game console or in the logs:

...Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Repentance\log.txt
or
...Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+\log.txt

Repentance and yes i just got the game and did sub so i think its up to date

Trigger the error in-game and then send the log.txt file to me at "ghostbroster@gmail.com", or add me on discord @ Connor#2143 and send it to me there, whatever you prefer.

Log file is at "<My Documents>\My Games\Binding of Isaac Repentance\log.txt"
