Yes, headlamps, gasmasks, filters, biohazard and flashlights spawn.

i fixed it although the nothing will spawn in the server so you need to make your own spawns, just go in the map folder and delete spawns.
animal, aidrop and item spawns?

I talked with Speransky and to fix the problem place the 896692051 file into ServerFolder -> Workshop -> Content. And also to place the P&SRustMap file into ServerFolder -> Maps
