What if it were all of that, but the amount of time the target is electrified is dependent on your uber charge? If no uber charge, 5 seconds of electricity, and for every 10% of uber charge, add 5 seconds of electricity.
that would be good, but i with 100% uber, that would probably stun the target for too long, because 0% = 5 seconds stun, 10% = 10 seconds stun, 20% = 15 seconds, ect... but if you where at 100%, that would mean 55 seconds of stunned targets.
hmm, true. maybe you use alt fire to stun, but it costs all the uber you have, but with the slowdown bonus time applied.
plus, you CAN miss, or just get yourself killed before you get in meele range in the first place.
another tip for a frankensaw medic is to not get hit, i suppose.

+hits with this weapon charge some sort of meter. full meter allows you to stun an enemy for 4 seconds. Stunning means he can't move either, not just like the scout's sandman.

strategy : this saw steal health and ubergarge, it seems overpowered, but of course, it's a melee weapon, you will have to det you in trouble to get more health, and most of the time, you'll meet some heavies, pyros or soldier... this is why i think is it balanced.
the critical hits will be less efficeitn, but will still be needed for fighting against spies
