I'm bumping this up into a different issue as I'm not sure if this is the same issue or mine is different, but as soon as I played with this mod my game crashed and then corrupted my files. I couldn't launch isaac even after uninstalling all my mods, verifying game file integrity and reinstalling the game completely.

The only solution I found was to manually delete everything in my install folder and then verify game files integrity.

Would love to play this but I don't want to risk my game files
