I've seen a few other comments about this, but there's an unkillable poop that moves along the outside of rooms that can ruin any run if you can't bomb out of the room. And since it replaces normal poops, it makes bosses like brownie almost always run killing, since you can't bomb out of Boss Rooms.

I'm hoping this is something that will be fixed in the future since this kills this otherwise amazing mod most runs, but for now, does anyone know of a way to disable or remove the unkillable poop enemy itself while still being able to use the rest of the mod?
