How about other mods? Would I be able to select items from other mods to be rewarded?

Im not too familiar with modding and I dont know how exactly how you're coding this, but Id assume you can have some line for drops using the tag of the item, like PrimalItemResource_Element_C, and if that were the case all you would need to add modded items in there would be the modded item tag, like PrimalItemConsumable_Sedative_Core_C from the Extinction Core mod, for example. But like I said, I dont know exactly how you're doing it.
