Escape Plan?
It moves pretty fast so you can use it to escape some situations. It's good for the engineer but it make the life of other class become much harder.

Wat if you can't shoot the enemy with this?

First, while you're taunting you can't damage anybody, secondly it's not that fast that you can escape but you can getaway from Spy and Heavy, but any other class except Medic, Spy and Heavy, can do some great damage to the Engineer. Scout has a special weapon that has crit. damage on the back. Demoman along with other Offensive classes can do great damage.

First when this taunt is coming in tf2 it will not makeing you faster because it would be not fair and Valve would never to that youre fater with a taunt.....

You can see your back so you can doge almost any projectile
