I don't mind of some non-standart taunt kills ingame for a change. There's lots of front-extended ones, a few AoE, but no (to my knowledge) fall down opportunities. This taunt probably gets extremely slow movement, no jump entirely, and already is loud as heck, so it would be no problem to decent player to track down taunting engie unless they're completely deaf.
