How to use HD Decor Mod (-FAQ-)
In case to avoid confusion, I'll write a few words about how to use this mod, and (if needed) some specific items.

- Installing & Updating -

Just as any other mods, you subscribe to it, and Steam automatically downloads it. As long as you are subscribed, Steam will automatically update when I release a new version. Since the base game is frequently updated, it is important that you also keep this mod updated. I will try to push out as much updates and bug fixes (if needed) as I can.

- Compatibility -

The HD Decor mod works on the Island map, on the Center map, and basically it should work on any other map, since it doesn't change any necessary game data, just adds to them.

- Learning the Engrams -

To craft items, first you need to learn the Decor Catalog item. This is going to be your main crafting station for HD Decor Mod. The Decor catalog can be learned at level 30, and it requires 5 engram Points.
The rest of the items (beds, aquarium, etc.) DO NOT have to be learned. In fact, they can't even be manually unlocked\learned. THEY COME WITH THE CATALOG ITSELF. Once the Decor Catalog is learned, you have access to the craftable items (all of them).

- Crafting -

Keep in mind, that having a Decor Catalog built by someone else doesn't grant you access to the craftable items. The criterium to craft anything inside the Catalog is that you first learn the Catalog's engram itself. This is necessary to build beds, aquariums, etc.

Once you learned the Catalog's Engram, several folders will show up (Beds, Misc, etc.). These are pretty much self-explanatory, the items are categorized in different folders. The 'Misc' folder contains miscellaneous items, that cannot be categorized to any specific place.
From here, you can craft ordinary, just as you would do in the Mortar, or Smithy...

It's important to note that you CAN NOT place every type of resources in the Decor Catalog. It will only accept resources that are required for the craftable items. These are: Wood, Thatch, Fibers, Hide, Chitin, Keratin, Pelt, Crystal, Metal, Metal Ingot, Polymer (non-organic), Silicon, Black Pearls, Cementing Paste, and Electronics.

- Items -

Most of the items can be picked up after placement. Press E on the specific item, and look for the Pick Up option. After that, the item will be moved to your inventory.

Most of the item have their "Collision Check" disabled. This is only for easing the placement and increasing the gaming experience. You still cannot stick through walls or trees, but a little bit of dangling will not matter.
