On hit: enemies become 25% more vulnerable to melee hits for 10 seconds
On hit: enemies move 20% slower for 4 seconds
+100% longer reload
No afterburn
Does not crit or minicrit burning players

I was thinking a "Slash and Burn" or in this case, "Burn and Slash" technique.

if a player is burned to death with this gun they turn into a ragdoll burnt skeleton...

i: shoots coconuts
+: +100% damage (60 on direct)
+: coconuts knockback players
i: coconuts explode with an explosion radius of a rocket but damage in it is minimal (like 5 or 6, but it still knockbacks players)
-: -20% fire rate (it has only one ammo you might say, but it'd mean 2 things: it's like combining a longer deploy speed with a longer reload speed, not numerically though. Basically when you get the weapon deployd you need to wait a little longer with respect to the others flare guns currently in game before being able to shoot, and you need to wait a little longer before being able to shoot after reload)
-: no afterburn
-: no crit nor minicrit on burning enemies
i: coconut explodes when it touches the ground if it didn't hit any enemy

here is a stat
+20% more damage on a direct hit
+Mini crits flaming players
-25% less ammo (16-12)
-no after burn unless if the target is already burning (all it can do is add after burn not make after burn)
-25% less damage on non direct shot
Will have the scorch shots taunt


Discribtion
Smolers (tf2s version of smoky the bear) the bear said forest fires are bad but he never said forests could not cause the fire now did he

+30% Firing Speed
+200% Clip Size [3 Coconuts Per Clip]
=Fires Projectile Coconuts that Knock People Back
=Coconut Damage increases the longer it's in the air, and temporary stun after 5 seconds. [Shoot it up, and if it hits somebody on the head it deals good damage and stuns for a bit]
-80% Afterburn Duration
-40% Less Damage
-Your Coconuts can hit you on the head if you aren't careful, Whoops!

Stupid Gimmick, probably fun as hell though.

As a weapon made out of, or at least looks like, spare parts I feel it should be more malfunctional but is like a handheld cannon so:
+50% Damage
+50% Afterburn Damage
+100% Knockback
If knockbacked enemy touches another enemy player, that player is set on fire
-50% Fire Rate
-25% Reload Speed
+25% Vulnerability to fire damage
+100% Recoil
20% Chance to backfire (like Beggar's Bazooka effect but only does 10 damage and sets on fire)


I think one possibly good shot and long time between shots make it good if used properly.
