I was thinking a "Slash and Burn" or in this case, "Burn and Slash" technique.

i: coconuts explode with an explosion radius of a rocket but damage in it is minimal (like 5 or 6, but it still knockbacks players)
-: -20% fire rate (it has only one ammo you might say, but it'd mean 2 things: it's like combining a longer deploy speed with a longer reload speed, not numerically though. Basically when you get the weapon deployd you need to wait a little longer with respect to the others flare guns currently in game before being able to shoot, and you need to wait a little longer before being able to shoot after reload)

i: coconut explodes when it touches the ground if it didn't hit any enemy

Smolers (tf2s version of smoky the bear) the bear said forest fires are bad but he never said forests could not cause the fire now did he

=Coconut Damage increases the longer it's in the air, and temporary stun after 5 seconds. [Shoot it up, and if it hits somebody on the head it deals good damage and stuns for a bit]

Stupid Gimmick, probably fun as hell though.

If knockbacked enemy touches another enemy player, that player is set on fire

I think one possibly good shot and long time between shots make it good if used properly.
