That's right, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stats.
I dunno, but this seems more like some sorta cool weapon idea. that would replace the secondary weapon (There would be no view model) and when you right click you go twice or three times as fast but turn 50%-65% slower, kinda like shield for the Demoman, but can't attack with it.

i was thinking it could be a primary weapon which grants more movement speed, but no strafing, and he'll be dual wielding any pistol (so 200% primary and secondary ammo for the pistol)

Okay 1. if scout were to duel weild he would most likely fire by inputing left or right click and reload would fill both guns 2. scout could have it replace his secondary and act like the baby face blaster the more he travels the faster he goes (double jump dosen't reset it of course for variety) and 3. it could be that if you travel a certain diatance you have a saved up meter (even after you have stoped moving) you can activate a sort of bonk mode were you can increased acrruacy and slight boost to speed but your're not ivinceble just harder to hit even by sentries. you can do that for if it goes either secondary or primary (if you do it to prinmary and go duel weild pistols it'll be like the matrix).also 4. make it you have only 15% less turning speed and automactically turn corners 100% faster (because scout knows how to ride in skates and uses his hand to help use momentum to turn corners.other negatives: 25% less accuracy (other than the boink mode) and you jump 50% less higher but 50% at half speed and 100% farther at full speed. 5. (just thought of this while typing this comment) part 1 his boink mode for the skates is activated by the special key and part 2 automaticaly wall rides if jumping towards a wall which scout also atuomaticaly rides forward based on momentum as well. scout also no longer can jump sideways while moving but instead jumps diangle from his origanly position based of the turning speed mention earlier. there how's that? :steamhappy:

pro
1. builds hype which increases speed simply by rolling around for a good distance, hype activates a permanent +3% speed boost that can stak up to 18%

2. taking damage and jumping does not lower hype or speed. If you die or go to locker you lose all hype

con
1. takes a few seconds to slow down or move in non curved directions.
2. jump height decreesed to about 3/4th per jump. in other words, it takes a double jump to go 1 full jump, then half a jump higher.
Tip: you can get around this by using the soda popper's hype, or a well timed force a nature shot on the ground.
