Translation won't happen until development is completed. You would probably be surprised to hear that an English Translation was always part of the plan for our team... You would probably be more surprised if I told you that the team already have the ability to translate the mod. Regarding your desire for our team to customize ArmStalker to suit your needs, I would say wait until the end of Development, the Public release, and the subsequent translation - at that point you (alongside the rest of Arma 3 server developers) can undertake the work for yourselves.
