I'm very confused. I see a server with the armstalker mod and it has like 40 people playing, is this the "official" server? No it is not an exile server, but i cant join it because of having downloadable content that has been deleted. Does this mod require Apex? Or other mods that just arent simply listed for playing on the server?

You guys need to check out the information post, the only server live right now is the test server. It's whitelisted, also known as the Role Play server and it's run in Russian. Download the mod and stay tuned, 200 slot server opening to the public within the coming couple weeks.

why is there a server thats public with lots of people playing then? And do you need apex to use this mod?

its not public if it's the ArmStalker Role Play server, it just is not passworded. No you don't need apex.
