-75% backstab dmg = (current target's health*6)*(25/100)=still kill the target so the backstab dmg penalty didn't do any thing
example scout with 100 hp left get backstab. Backstab dmg=(100*6)*(25/100)=150 dmg

Instead of a backstab, Spy is cutting a throat of an enemy, making them struggle in blood.
+) Kills Silently(Just like YER: enemies does not shout on their death and a kill doesn't show up in killfeed, but bodies still remain)
+) Increased holster speed by 45%
+) Makes enemies bleed for 5 seconds on butterknife, dealing 35-40 damage in total
-) Longer kill animation(you're basically stops for a second, to cut someone's throat)
-) "Butter knife" damage decreased by 50%
I maked bleed effect to make Spy more effective against Quickscope Snipers and simply players that are on low health(let's imagine that you can't aim for ♥♥♥♥)
