This mod is ck2+ compatible however if you also enable "Better Looking Garbs Full" and its fix for ck2+, "BLG / CC for CK2Plus", with the University mod the game crashes in the 4th day of the learning scenario. To summarize:

University + CK2 Plus: Compatible
University + Better Looking Garbs Full: Compatible
University + CK2 Plus + Better Looking Garbs Full + (blg's ck2+ patch): Crash
CK2 Plus + Better Looking Garbs Full + (blg's ck2+ patch): Compatible

Since all 4 mods need to be enabled at the same time to produce a crash, I'm unsure if University is to blame but I'm posting here anyway just to maybe get a solution.
