My thoughts on stats
50% decreased reloading speed 10% decreased moving speed weapon will act like the grenade laucnher but it will do less dmg and it has more time to explode and the weapon has a chance of shooting down 2 mini cluster bombs doing 5 dmg and if 4 sucessful hits directly it will give the enemey a slow down making him an easy target and the dmg will be the same as regular as a direct hit

it fires like the beggars bazooka not with the loading but with the aim but spins and swirls towards the crosshair unloads the entire clip at once holds 8 rockets -50%damage marked for death when realoading and has a 10% chance to jararte on hit. what makes it fair is it does work good in tight places unlike most rockets it fires every where but straight then goes towards the crosshair
alternitivly it could fire and go where ur mouse points like the rocket launcher from gmod.my thoughts also perhaps a rocket speed boost more than the liberty launcher?
