"Tactical operations" is Irrefutably the best part of insurgency's gamemodes, and the one that shines engine and game features the most, imo.
I would absolutely love to play 16-24 player firefight, elimination and even more ambush gamemodes in Born To Kill. Without random deaths from artillery and high explosives, with competetive player number and no respans it would be something.
So, can we hope to see such a gamemodes and playlist in BTK? It would be incredible!
