Couple of things here:
1.) Did you make sure that the mod fully downloaded properly?
2.) Did you make sure your system specs (CPU / RAM / Video Card) are appropriate for this game as a whole?
3.) Did you make sure your drivers are all fully up to date?
4.) Did you make sure that your HWR was not opted in for any Beta Patches at all?
That is a known bug for some people, and we're looking into it.
No, this isn't an AMD issue like AZeonZaku seems to believe it is. But rather, it's a problem with how the new HODs work. Before the new patch, the game used 3 LODs and Goblins, to my knownledge, its how much of the unit is show at different distances. The new format doesn't use the goblins. The hands and pipes on the units faces, and possibly other minor things are all goblins.
So on some people's PCs, it can look a bit weird at times. But we'll see what we can do.
Something I've noticed since the update (though I've only been able to play a few times): units that used to be limited to a set amount (e.g. good morning balls) now have no unit limits. Playing against Zeon, they end up spamming the... uh, pink Zaku with the gatling cannon on its arm (can't remember the specific unit name).
Same here!!
I'm running on a 1st generation Intel Core i7-960 Processor, and I'm not having any trouble at all with FPS. Not sure what your specs are, but I'd recommend checking them.
Ok, new question:
What are your PC's specs? (CPU / RAM / Graphics Card)
