SteamCmd seems to be having issues with updating or downloading files larger than 1 gigabyte thru host providers mod management scripts to fix this follow these steps:
1. download and installl mod completely to your ark install . This means boot up game ans let it install .
2 connect to your server thru ftp .
3 browse to where you have mod installed locally in ftp program
4 browse to where mod is installed on server via ftp program
5. upload mod folder from your pc to ftp overwriteing as necessary
6 rollback server to last save before update.
7 launch server.
8 if none of this works contact server support staff and ask them to fix it.
