Do party skills change the moment your doc/looter dies during combat or only on the next battle???
say your looter/medic gets wounded during battle, does that mean no loot + medic skills the moment they die, or only for the next battle they won't be fighting (red names)???

If there wounded, there skills dont help until there health gets out of the red. Then it goes back to normal.

but the party skills are still used during the battle right?

IIRC, no, as soon as they go down their skills stop working which is why you want to leave your medic back with archers or somewhere safe. I'd usually level them up with archery or crossbow then give them a 1h polearm/spear & shield to deal with inevitable cav attacks. Shield for tankiness.

no, they are applied during the battle once they join, if name goes red and next battle wounded they wont apply
