So this could have been a big wall of text so I split it up into a short intro and two questions.

1- I am making my own kingdom up in Senderfell (and soon all of Pendor) and I was wondering if it is possible to get relations up to 0 or +1 with the Mystmountain tribes, and will they not attack me, my vassals and peasants if that happens?

2- Can I outfit my CKO with Mystmountain gear and Highlander gear. (I am roleplaying my character as a Highlander who grew up in the snowy hills and mountains with Highlanders and Mystmountain raiders.)
