(https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Mystmountain_Raiders):
- can create own "kingdom" like "Clan of Bearclaw"; some banners should fit nicely,
- Mystmountain Raiders faction can be befriended (max +10 relations) so they won't attack player kingdom,
- tribal units can be obtained from prisoners, Red Brotherhood Agents, Adonja (quest "Right to rule", asking to recruit troops, as a lord),
- player can create own knighthood order to fill gaps in Mystmountain Raiders troop tree.
If that is still not enough troops, player can:
1. by himself/herself
- (minimal effort) enable cheats and add troops to own army (remove fair amount of money as a payment e.g. by buying items and throwing them away),
- (bit more work, but done only once) edit entire Pendor's troops tree to some tribal one (using popular Warband troop editor)
2. ask here https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Tweaks for help to e.g.
- change mercenaries which player can get in taverns to Mystmountain Raiders,
- add extra line to Vorador the Scribe to sell tribal troops.
The same can be done for the Cult (with Alyssa this time), but player would need to check here https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Tweaks how to disable automatic relation cap with Snakes (in vanilla POP they can't be befriended for long).
