DOOM MACE is the best overall blunt on horse and foot

The Doom Mace is indeed the best One Handed blunt weapon in PoP, but for you I think the best one is the Blunt Steel Polehammer. The Ebony Gauntlet sergeant troops use it, and they kick butt. You can only use it on foot, though, so if you want one you can use on horseback that'll be the Polehammer that the Ravenstern Wardens use.

Personally, my favorite blunt weapon in PoP is the Two/One Handed Heavy Battle Hammer. It's got a killer damage, good reach, decent speed, and it can be used as one or two handed. Plus, it just looks awesome.
