So i noticed today that in the personal banner select screen there is a empty space for a banner and i thought nothing of it until i looked at some of the banner textures and saw that there was a flag in there that i've never seen before. i went everywhere looking for it in game and found it in Ravenstern on Rane. is this a npc only banner? or is there something going on on my end.
