The faction you join gets weaker or am I just unlucky?
Every time I restart the game and join a faction, that faction gets almost destroyed, loses towns, forts left and right. Is that normal?

Just depends on how the game flows. Ive played for 3 different factions and we always end up knocking away at everyones territory.
