noclip is built in for some pills as a special ability
for a general noclip on all pills, you'd need something like ULX which has its own noclip command and bypasses exiting out of the pill

Im joined today sandbox and when i press button that i binded Im transform again into my character, now i guess im need to go to the code of Parakeets pill pack base.

ULX's noclip command is different than vanilla noclip, it doesn't override it

now i binded to mouse wheel and i can use it forever without bugs!

UPDATE: to fly in p packs type in console unbind MOUSE3 if you already binded it and type bind MOUSE3 "ulx noclip"!
