You could add an event to change the culture in ingria to ingrian if sweden owns it around 1600-1700.

Add more provinces in Lithuania (make Samogotia first province, and port of Palanga second becasue Samogotia is too big, and have a lot of differences with Polanga - Samogotia has many forests [change terrarian type from woods to forest] and not as rich as Palanga city.) Make strait between Goldinga and Memel. Make a strait on Ladoga lake between Ladoga and Kexholm.

palanga was not a important place back then, and only reason it is important today is because of tourism. it is a beach resort, not port. but samogitia is too big
edit: palanga should be replaced with Telšiai, historical capital of Samogitia (Lith.: Žemaitija, literally means low + weird extension to mean not that it is low but that it is a place, Žemas is low)

Were you considering adding a formable tag for the Livonian Order in the form of a secularized Livonia?
I added a topic to the Suggestions forum on Paradox's forum regarding that idea about a year ago, but it doesn't seem like they really noticed.

I know, I know. I do realize that if these changes were to be implemented then the current Livonia would have to be renamed to Lettigallia or Lethia (historical names coined by Henry of Latvia).

I don't think that will happen mainly because this mod changes provinces which ET also changes. Also ET removed wastelands while this mod still has them. Sorry to disappoint you.

Maybe even more countries and provinces in the place of Duchy of Pommernia ?

I would definitely suggest doing a Livonian culture, and adding it to that province beneath Estonia and the Livonian coast, and below that add a Curonian culture, since they did not cease to be a distinct ethnic group until the late 16th century, and a culture revival is definitely possible. You could do a whole set of events too, such as the creation of (ethnically) Livonian, Curonian, and Estonian duchies/kingdoms, and you could choose wether or not to integrate the Curonians into the Latvian and Lithuanian cultures, and you could revive the old prussia culture. I feel like the way you did it and with the diversity of the baltics you could make this already amazing mod amazing.
