It won't happen since not even the half of LS is too much for GMod's engine.

Well, maybe just the area around Doherty then? Like the auto shop and the construction zone behind the gas station? Doherty was my favourite place in GTA SA (mainly because of the driving school being down the road)

I really would want somewhere like Liberty City from the mission 'Saint Mark's Bistro' which is set in Marco's Bistro in Saint Mark's, Portland, Liberty City. You only get to see the outside of the bistro in gameplay by cheating or getting the mod.
