Loyal Vassals stealing relics
Title says it all. I am now integrating them to get it back, but god, can you fix that please

Could we add a policy or edict to prevent the stealing of relics at the cost of say Consumer goods or a penalty to missions outside our empire, as our agents are focused within making stealing relics more difficult?
