I keep starting new games to try and get this to work and I never get the triggering event. I had a buddy of mine who runs with nearly the same mod list run it and they get the event when the game starts. The only mod differences are that I have the At War mod series and they don't.

Any ideas? I can post a mod list here if requested, I will also try making a mod playlist without the At War series and see what happenes.
