My main man Xander
He has the corpse of his dead friend. I think it would be cool to be able to take a long event to bring her back to life some how.

Alas, Guilli isn't a fan of the idea. I suggested it in the main Suggestions section. However, I still think it's a good idea! Keep the idea alive!

so everytime i run into xander he becomes colonizable... so what happens if you aggro him and kill him?

the event is bugged for me, I talk to him then after 4 dialog pages it gets to a dialog page with no dialog and it just gets stuck thier. ( he does not turn colonisable )

It's been sometime since I've played Stellaris, just boot up a game and Xander is my neighbour. My question is how do you get the mad scientist again? It would be an absolute boon to have this early in the game.

Easy peasy. When you go through the conversation with him, tell him you will keep your distance. Xandar tells you that you are free to study him and you get some tech progress and the special scientist. Good luck!
