I can't assign a hotkey for quick pickup.

I follow the instructions like described but it starts with the problem that Input.ini file is completely emtpy and there is no sction "Action Mappings".

Anyway I copy the line:
ActionMappings=(ActionName="QuickPickup",Key=None,bShift=False,bCtrl=False,bAlt=False,bCmd=False)

Then I Start the game, but I can't find QucikPickup in the keyboard controlls.

When I go out again and check the input.ini it is completely empty again. Then I copied in the Line again, closed file, and opened it again, the line is in. After game start it get erased.
