I would like to suggest, that CI spy shouldn't be additional class. It should be like a additional task and anyone (Guard, MTF Guard, MTF Commander, MTF NTF, etc... or even a Researcher) should be able to become "CI Spy".

My second suggestion: Add something like "MTF Spy" (a fake CI Spy or fake Class D). Class D and CI will see him as a "CI Spy" (if he is MTF, NTF or researcher) or as a Class D (if he is Class D), but really he will be working for MTF. Only MTF Commander (if my first suggestion will be implemented, he could be of course a CI Spy) should have list of MTF Spies. Mission of MTF Spy will be simple: to contact MTF and tell them where they could find Class D and who is CI Spy (MTF Spies should be able to see CI like class D).

That will make game harder and there won't be anyone you can trust :).
