Is there any way to turn off the car gear changing sounds? They really annoy me as they are way too loud clunks that happen every time I change direction or as has happened to me in the old man mission for some reason every time i pressed W.

I am really enjoying the rest of the mod but they are just bugging the hell out of me as they seem to be nearly as loud as the engine on some vehicles.
