Same issue here. Installed the Angrybots with medic on the server. Connect fine with the clients. Pick the medic class. But when I try to use the med kit... I just thrown it down. No sign of it doing anything. I also notice defibrillators in my hands but when I hit the mouse button, it kills like a knife instead of healing. The github link doesn't give any hints on how to make it work.

For me, the correct plugin was c_dy_respawn_naong_ai_director.smx. You also need to copy insurgency.smx from the Compiled folder on github into the plugins folder.
