Don't get the wrong idea, I'm not saying this whole weapon in total is crap, it's actually very lovely and the design is flawless, for a medic main, I'd pay top dollar just to get my hands on one of these.

However, this weapon does not fit in well with TF2's style. (Yes I know it's pretty much dead by now) But imagine if someone who's completely new to the game got this as their first drop, they would be confused on why the style and effects of this specific syringe-gun has a greater detail than all the rest. It would cause them to only stick to using this weapon only, all because it just looks more "upgraded" compared to the rest.

I'd still give this item a 10/10. But that's only because I'm expereienced with this game.
