no, you are missing some parts. Picture would also help troubleshoot. I have had this glitch before on vanilla tiles. Normally i am missing parts. Best way to make sure is right clickt he block then middle mouse click on your storage to auto pull the items needed.

In some cases this can be due to the list of required components extending past the screen, which some mods have an issue with. There may be a component you are missing that has gone past the screen. Best way to check is either using the Build Planner or the "G" menu to see what materials are required.
