SUGGESTION: Re-balancing Pandurs.
Something is wrong with the way they function.

Reason: Pitted 38 Austrian musketeers, unupgraded, no formation, against 40 Pandurs, in skirmish formation.

After some 10 minutes of firefighting, 27 musketeers are standing, and only 11 pandurs are still alive.
Given their formation which allows 2 ranks to shoot, given the base firepower is identical and HP only smaller by 10 points, Pandurs should definitely beat the Musketeers here, but they are slaughtered.

In theory their spread (accuracy value) should be smaller and so they should be more accurate, but they seem to be less precise than regular musketeers for some reason.

This is very odd - the last time I played Pandurs mauled me. I might create a new projectile for them with smaller dispersion

If you find it odd I'll re check, but I have used the game editor with both units non upgraded and the pandurs were massacred. Did the test twice. Try yourself and give me a feedback, thanks.
