1940 is around Trotskiy assassination event.
Is Trotskiy alive or in office? Maybe it could be somehow connected to assassination event. Don't really 100% shure about correct scripting for Trotsky chain.

dont worry about it ive played another game without the other mod and it seems alright

There is possibility that any mod update can broke save games. Whith so many subs to mod I would lower the pace of updates, but raise amount of content in each.

So just have less mods running?

Both of the Mechanized Focus focuses give research bonuses to Motorized instead of Mechanized.

Ok so I'm going to just ask this. Does the slicing the pie event work? All the claims showed up but never the event?
Edit: Also the German States of America have a core on Washington State is this supposed to be?

Carribean Gambit gives me ownership of Tyrol? Seems a bit far and strange...

Also, none of your relased states have any ministers or leaders, and there are a TON of errors when you go to -debug the mod you should probably take a look at and clean out at some point.

Seems that the ability to get the national spirit "Strong Federal State and Army" can't be unlocked. Checked all of the national focus options and can't seem to find what triggers this national spirit.
