I've never used TTS for constructed play except for precons. I usually use Arena although my collection is more than humble. However, TTS allows to handle the cards any way you can think of, and thus the sky is the limit. The most obvious thing you can do is adding your own custom cards.

It's been a while since the last time I used TTS for this, but I remember there were mods to make pick and pass an automatic movement, for example.
