no,you don't understand,i downloaded a mod which is obviously called PrivateEye'sheavy armory which added new weapons.in the base game,you need to learn steel smithing to smith steel weapons,but in the mod,you know steel smithing from the begining.but there is a glitch when you click steel smithing at the forge,forsworn weapons come up only. please tell me how to fix this ASAP

No glitch, you NEED to learn "Steel Smithing" to have FULL access to the mods contends. Tried it myself. Before learning Steel Smithing, I saw only the Forsworn stuff under "Steel", after learning it I could craft any weapon listed without a hitch.

I started a new run with a One handed restoration warrior that also uses smithing and enchanting...

With Steel Forging I can craft mostly all, lul :$
