PHD Doesnt have the explode from a high fall feature, Okay can i start now?

Now i was just playing a bit of this map for a bit of a laugh Until i bought the Locus I was noticing some strange stuff by the ? and Blocks and after firing at one and killing a few zombies, I heard a explosion,

I dont have grenades
and PHD Dont have the explode effect yet, So did i find a part of the Shootable easter egg?.
