Possible Bug
All out war started in 1981, i don't know if the A.I completed a national focus that triggered the war early or something else. It's not really gamebreaking or anything i was just caught off guard thinking that I had more time.

Are you referring to the 3-way war between Oceania, Eurasia, and Eastasia? Those factions are not supposed to fight each other until 1984, but if they went to war against the free countries then that is intended.

In that game, can you tell me if one of the free nations got conquered and puppeted prior to 75% world tension?

I think it must have been a mod that made them go to war early, because after I turned all my mods off except for the 1984 one the war started when it was intended to.
