Thumper: A specially designed anti-fortification weapon. Fires concussion breach shells that inflict a huge amount of damage against walls and structures. However, it does only trivial damage to small targets.

Hi, something did happen. I am on 1.3 and the mod title became "Workshop mod 849231601" by "Anonymous"
Also causes a wrong game version error due to not having a version listed. Im guessing I have to download the 1.3 version from your github or elsewhere?

Smart weapon production has been moved to the newly released Spacer faction pack. You can still use the classic Smart Weapon (which has been changed to the Smart Flechette Weapon), but it can no longer be produced.

- Legacy Smart weapons have been replaced with Dumbfire weapons. Explosive weapons that fire small missiles.
