someone to tell me how activated the mod mod because I do not have an election

sometimes there are these ancient hidden areas with mechs, you'll need to get rid of them first, then you can name your faction/colony and elections happen.

Gonna try that as well, playing for about 5 hours and still no election done. Hope its helping.
I even wondered why I couldnt name my colony. Since when is naming the colony only possible when ancient enemies are removed? oO

oh really!
before i do anything further i will do that and see if it resolves my no election issue
