How exactly do you use this website? It says "Drop your .cslmap file on this page to generate a view." Drop it where exactly? Just drag the file anywhere on the web page?

Yep. Web pages have the ability to accept files via drag-and-drop. That said, it's generally considered a best practice to also provide a method to select files using a dialog box. It avoids issues of people getting confused by an unusual action, while also remaining compatible with devices where fire dragging isn't an actions users perform.
