first one with your back to quick revive should point at you. second one by tank should point the same direction as the first. 3rd one by the box point towards mp40 wallbuy and deadshot and 4th by stamina up should point towards the stairs that lead up from the mp40 wallbuy deadshot area

how do i get the staffs i have absolutly no idea

Ice: Shoot the 5 gravestones around the map. Not sure of exact locations, but they glow blue.
Wind: Go to the book in the room with the elevator key and PHD, press your use key on the book, and it will show symbols + numbers. Use the symbol with the number above or below it, not left or right. Insert those numbers into the 4 clocks around the map, with the matching symbol.
Lightning: repair the several electrical panels around the map. They spark until fixed.
Fire: Shoot the wind veils around the map until it works. Dirt Bike has the directions above.
